We are seeking passionate Lead AI Engineers to join our technology team. We appreciate deep experience and versatile knowledge of the latest AI and Data technologies.

You are curious about examining the possibilities of AI and Data. You follow and research these technologies and build a rock-solid knowledge and understanding by experimenting and building your own algorithms. You are eagerly seeking possibilities to engage artificial intelligence in customer projects.

As a Lead AI Engineer you are able to lead AI projects, solve the hardest problems our customers have, participate in hands-on work, and support your colleagues with your own examples, key solutions, and professionalism.

With an international customer base, your skills and expertise may be in needed as much in the U.S. as you would be in Finland and, as a result, you will have the flexibility to work within an international team or a more domestic team.

You Should...

  • Have 3-5+ years of AI-focused development
  • Be able to fly solo or as part of a team. Hands-on experience, ability to lead, code, and contribute to AI projects
  • Be of a developer mind with strong hands-on experience delivering successful AI-based solutions in large scale products and services.

  • Have experience with machine learning methods
  • Be familiar with NLP, computer vision, and a keen interest in exploring more realms of AI
  • Be comfortable with computational creativity and generative models
