Lead Product Designer

New York, Oulu, Helsinki

We are seeking solid product designers who live and breathe user experience and relish turning insights into tangible product ideas that meet business objectives and goals. We consider our lead product designers the driving force of our engagements. We look for individuals that showcase an ability to immerse themselves in our client's problems and understand them from a business standpoint, a service standpoint, and the product or platform users' standpoint.

You will lead client engagements and drive product ideas through strong user experience considerations, coupled with an impeccable drive for perfection in the experiences you deliver and the UI's that drive user interaction. You will dance the line from defining the rules and interactions on a project to running, owning, and defining the brands that we work with. You are as comfortable starting from a blank slate on internal projects, to working directly with clients to bring their visions to life by effectively leading them through the process of product conception to launch.

We love visual flair and thoughtful design. You should have at least 8 years of experience designing products and platforms with a strong portfolio describing your approach to tackling product/service design, displaying a good knowledge of UX principles, and showcasing your visual style. You should have a good understanding of how to design for code, and how to work collaboratively with developers.
